About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic CT Technologist to join our team at Dignity Health's Arizona General Hospital. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Job Overview

  • Perform diagnostic procedures such as computed axial tomography, magnetic resonance, interventional radiology, mammography, sonography, ultrasound, and/or nuclear medicine and PET
  • Thoroughly apply imaging techniques for patient positioning respective to the imaging order
  • Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself
  • Mechanically apt and confident in troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures

Responsibilities

  1. Provide clinical expertise support and oversight to ensure patients receive exceptional care
  2. Champion the change by joining in our mission of healing through humankindness
  3. Responsible for performing all aspects of general, neuro, and interventional radiography and computerized tomography studies in an emergency room setting with little or no supervision
  4. Practice proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed

Qualifications

  • Minimum six months radiology experience
  • Completion of approved Radiologic Technologist Program
  • Must hold and maintain AZ DHS Bureau of Special Licensing CRT: Certified Radiologic Technologist (CT CRT) and CTCT: Certified Technologist/Computed Tomography (LIC CT)
  • Must also hold and maintain national American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (CT ARRT) and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $35.28 - $51.16 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including health/dental/vision FSA matching retirement plans paid vacation adoption assistance and more.
