About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Engineer to join our team at Minkoff Development Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that will provide opportunities for growth and development.

As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will work closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that meet our high standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, tenants, and contractors.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
