About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Performance Director to join our team at RestoPros Restoration. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees on day-to-day operations, including strategic planning and adherence to brand standards.
  • Performance Improvement: Focus on improving KPIs for individual franchise locations and provide coaching and training to franchisees to enhance operational metrics.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to communicate operational and compliance guidance, educate franchisees, and document improvements made and areas for opportunity.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify root causes of operational opportunities and implement change through business reviews, action plans, and other tactics.

Business Unit Economics:

  • Territory Analysis: Analyze P&L statements and operations to ensure business profitability.
  • Financial Acumen: Understand financial reports and present information clearly and concisely.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance unit economics.

Relationship Building:

  • Influencing: Influence and inspire franchisees to engage with the brand and company initiatives.
  • Communication: Build productive working relationships with franchisees and territory team members through regular communication, meetings, and written correspondence.

Project Management:

  • Prioritization: Focus on prioritizing work and resources to meet aggressive project timelines and benefit outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in franchise level leadership or related roles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to create and deliver high-impact action plans.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Time Management: Superior time-management and follow-through skills with ability to balance multiple project support requests.

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year

Location:This position is located in Charlotte, NC, serving the Southeast Region (TN, NC, SC, AL, GA, FL, MS) and Texas Region.
