Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRNA to join our team in Massachusetts, covering three facilities outside of Boston. This is a permanent position that offers a wide range of benefits and opportunities for growth.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to practice a diverse range of cases, including orthopedic, OB/Gyn, ENT, general surgery, vascular, and plastics procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients. They will be responsible for managing anesthesia services, collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of new clinical protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Board certification as a CRNA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical anesthesia
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
