ProCare Therapy Seeks School Psychologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team for the 2024-25 school year in Belgrade, MT.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct psycho-educational assessments to evaluate students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Counseling Services: Provide individual and group counseling to students to support their emotional and social development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid State License or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
