About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Business Development Representative to join our team. As an IBDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through inbound lead qualification and nurturing. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat to understand their business needs and qualify their interest in our POS solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of Quilt's product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Schedule product demos with Account Executives to educate prospects on how our POS solutions can address their specific business challenges and objectives.
- BUILD RAPPORT WITH PROSPECTS AND ESTABLISH TRUSTED ADVISOR RELATIONSHIPS BY PROVIDING EXPERT GUIDANCE AND PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON THEIR UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized outreach to nurture relationships and progress them through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update lead statuses, and prioritize follow-up activities to ensure timely and effective lead management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, share insights, and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer service role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers based on trust and credibility.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
