Hospitality Representative

At the University of Southern California, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. This role is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional service to our students, faculty, and staff, while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Interpret and execute directions and requests on Banquet Event Order forms.
- Provide basic audio-visual support and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Attend and participate in meetings as required, staying up-to-date on departmental service standards and university rules and regulations.
- Minimum Education: High School degree not required.
- Minimum Experience: 0 - 6 months.
- Minimum Expertise:
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Preferred Education: High School Diploma.
- Preferred Experience: 1 year in high-volume fast food restaurants, hotels, or other food service operations.
