Customer Experience Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Supervisor. As a key member of our front-of-store team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading by example, and ensuring a positive and engaging environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and promoting loyalty programs
  • Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities
Requirements:
  • Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
