Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Rebecca Pulliam - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in educating customers about insurance options and developing leads to drive sales growth.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year (salary plus commission/bonus), paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency.

Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • People-oriented skills.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
