At STK Steakhouse, we're passionate about delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel comfortable and satisfied with their dining experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Informing guests of specials and menu changes
  • Being knowledgeable of menu and making recommendations
  • Taking food and beverage orders from guests and entering into point-of-sale
  • Delivering food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
  • Performing side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Maintaining clean service areas
  • Monitoring and observing guests' dining experience and responding promptly to any requests
  • Preparing final bill, presenting check to guest, accepting payment, and processing credit card charges or making change (if applicable)
  • Assisting fellow servers and bussers as needed
  • Thanking guests for their visit and inviting them to return
