Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development and Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Sound Decisions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to expand our client base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment team to create customized solutions for clients based on their specific needs and budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company and services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in the Recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
