About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantitative Analytics Specialist to join our Financial Services Quantitative Analysis (FSQA) team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet client needs
  • Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored analytics solutions to address their challenges
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in advanced analytics and data manipulation using R, SQL, and Python
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to find innovative and practical solutions to complex business problems
