Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatments.
About the Role:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome evaluations.
- Participate in regular meetings, conferences, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in psychotherapy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- Licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) or licensed psychologist (PhD/ PsyD) in good standing with the state licensing board.
- 2+ years of experience in psychotherapy, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
