Job Description:

Drive revenue growth through consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and retaining existing client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in customer acquisition and retention. To succeed, you will need a proven track record of increasing sales, cold calling expertise, strong client nurturing skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Your goal is to become known as a skilled sales professional who can close deals and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Serve as a product knowledge expert, using a consultative approach to overcome prospective customers' objections and close deals.
  • Manage the full cycle of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and market trends, adapting the sales strategy and tactics as needed to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Track and report progress on daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals in the CRM system.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, leveraging industry expertise and consultative selling skills to understand their unique needs and pain points.
  • Utilize sales data warehouse platforms to leverage regular communication with the client base and track all correspondence and communications.
  • Participate in community and professional organizations to build brand awareness and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Reinforce existing client relationships through regular office visits and on-site appointments, and host networking events to build brand awareness.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for sales team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the community at least two work days per week.
  • Ability to travel on occasion for tradeshows or conferences.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
  • Flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to client requests for changes.
  • High personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
  • Practical experience in a similar outbound sales position is advantageous.
  • Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral formats.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Ability to individually relate and respond to each customer's demands.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and new business development.
