About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ATCNORTHGA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze patient health needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide routine health screenings and administer medications/treatments as prescribed by medical practitioners.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Respond to emergency healthcare needs and provide critical care services as required.
  • Collect and record data related to patient health status, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide health education and instruction to patients and their families, promoting healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Current and unencumbered license in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Background screening as required by the state or contract.
  • OIG, SAM, OFAC, and NSO screening.
  • Current health provider CPR from the American Heart Association at the BLS level.
  • Hepatitis B Statement or Declination.
  • Tuberculosis screening as required by the state or contract.
  • Drug screening as required by the contract.
