We are seeking a self-starter entry-level Telecommunications Customer Service Representative to assist with our firm's strategic marketing and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing and sales directives, serving as the brand's face and voice, and building quality relationships with new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct communication with customers, providing expert product knowledge and educating them on their desired product inquiries
  • Research target markets to identify and engage with new and existing customers, bolstering our sales pipeline
  • Communicate product features and benefits based on individualized customer needs
  • Address objections and answer questions throughout the sales process
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all account inquiries
  • Attend regular product training sessions with other Telecommunications Customer Service Representatives and upper-level management

Requirements for Success:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role is highly recommended
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
