Overview
The Exmark team is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Welder to join our manufacturing department in Beatrice, Nebraska. We are a leading manufacturer of commercial mowers and equipment for the landscape professional.

About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for performing and completing welding duties and responsibilities on various types of outdoor power equipment.

Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary of $23,386 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year), plus shift differential for 2nd shift employees. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, vacation time, and sick leave.

Job Responsibilities
Key duties include:
1. Reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and written instructions to perform tasks accurately.
2. Selecting and setting up welding cells for production runs.
3. Performing MIG tack welds and seam welds based on project needs.
4. Buffing and inspecting welded surfaces to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures. Experience with power tools is helpful.
