Clinical Research Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Manager to lead the coordination and implementation of phase III related activities for a clinical study in the field of Nuclear Medicine and Oncology in the USA.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, with experience in managing international, multicenter phase III studies. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing study-related activities, as well as preparing development plans, study protocols, and regulatory documents.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive and goal-oriented work ethic, with excellent written and spoken English skills. German language proficiency is a plus. A work permit in the USA is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement phase III related activities with internal and external partners
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement international, multicenter phase III studies
  • Prepare development plans, study protocols, and regulatory documents
  • Coordinate and craft interim reports and final study reports
  • Support activities for the New Drug Application of radiopharmaceutical tracers in the US
  • Monitor and comply with quality and budget targets
  • Supervise participating study centers
  • Present the company at scientific congresses
  • Prepare and follow-up internal and external meetings and reporting
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in medical or natural sciences or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Clinical Research Manager or Clinical Project Manager role
  • Proactive, reliable, and goal-oriented work ethic
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • German language proficiency is a plus
  • A work permit in the USA is required
