Job Summary:

Envision is seeking a compassionate and caring Direct Care Professional to join our team. As a Direct Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage and support individuals in their personal growth and development
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to complete training in first aid, CPR, and medication administration
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
