Waterpark Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Waterpark Safety Specialist to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about ensuring guest safety and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Waterpark Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising and providing surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, special events, and training sessions. You will respond to emergency situations in your assigned zone, administer and coordinate emergency first aid as necessary, and enforce the rules and regulations of the waterpark.

You will also advise aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions, provide superior customer service to all guests by assisting them in a polite and expedient manner, and perform daily routine chores and maintenance of the waterpark to ensure a neat and orderly appearance.

• No experience required, training provided
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability and willingness to achieve Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen

• Supervise and monitor swim area to ensure guest safety
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when needed
• Enforce waterpark rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests
• Provide exceptional customer service
