Job Summary:

The primary duty of this position is to provide proactive assistance to students and staff with library computer, printer, and copier use.

Responsibilities include checking and filling paper levels in printers and copiers, stapling in staplers, and tidying the print and copy areas as needed.

Essential Duties:

  • Copier Assistance
  • Printer Assistance
  • Basic Help with D2L
  • Computer Help
  • Basic help with AccessECC
  • Assist with technology in study rooms
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need basic computer skills including saving and retrieving files, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additionally, you should possess strong customer service skills and be able to respond proactively to students' needs.
