Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary range of $160,000-$360,000 potential, making it one of the highest-paying positions in the industry.

Additionally, employees in full-time positions working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, malpractice insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and disability plans.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and restorations.
  • Clean, fill, extract, and replace teeth using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications, and surgical implements.
  • Provide preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene.
  • Supervise office staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, receptionists, and other office staff.
  • Coordinate laboratory services for the dental office.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and processes, ensuring protective equipment is utilized and OSHA/Bloodborne pathogen requirements are followed.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Possess a valid and current state dental license, with a good standing status, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Possess current state dental license, DEA, and BLS certifications.
