Description
Job Summary: Experienced sales professionals are sought after by Jon-Don to join our Restoration Division. As a Field Sales Representative, you will work in disaster recovery, assisting customers with various challenges related to water damage, fire damage, smoke damage, and more. Our sales representatives function like business consultants, engaging with customers on a personal level and helping them achieve their business goals and vision. We provide technical inquiries, business development ideas, product recommendations, and connect contractors with training opportunities. This is about creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Jon-Don partners with contractors, facilities managers, and business owners to provide them with products they need to tackle their toughest jobs. Since 1978, we have been providing not just products and equipment but also real-world knowledge, a rolled-up sleeves approach, and rock-solid reliability. Today, with 16 branches strategically located throughout the United States, we serve industries ranging from carpet cleaning to janitorial, restoration, and concrete polishing/surface prep.Responsibilities:- Local travel to client locations (some overnight may be required)
- In-person and phone prospecting
- Proactively selling solutions to our customers' problems
- Education customers on products and buying decisions
- Learning about new products, industry trends, attending training events, and industry seminars
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Restoration Sales experience a plus
- Previous sales experience preferred
