Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with individuals of all ages in Fernandina Beach, FL.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide personalized therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
