Private Duty Nursing Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nursing Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver personalized care to individuals with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with tracheostomies and/or ventilators
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license
  • CPR certification (in-person training required)
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
