Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Royal Farms. This role is responsible for implementing workflow procedures and supervising employees during day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will provide customer support, manage the overall workflow of the store, and lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service
• Adhere to established Royal Farms rules, policies, procedures, and systems
• Conduct ongoing training of new employees on safety procedures and personal protective equipment
• Assist with assembling an effective retail team through recruiting, training, and development
• Monitor and analyze business processes to achieve Royal Farms goals
• Ensure the proper execution of all Royal Farms marketing programs
• Provide leadership to retail team members to ensure a pleasant customer service experience
• Recognize employees who adhere to company standards and recommend them for promotion

Requirements:
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• At least 1 year of fast food/retail management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-year college degree preferred
• Ability to travel and work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
