We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare IT Analyst to join our team at Sutter Health.

Position Overview:

This is a remote position available to work from home in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic systems, configuration, and development. They will be responsible for collaborating across teams to support and develop the Epic system, ensuring safety and efficiency goals are met.

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of working DNB edits, system actions, payor/plan mapping, and consecutive/Medicare 3-day billing, rural health billing, critical access billing, research billing, and HomeHealth Hospice billing.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

Epic Hospital Billing Administration & Hospital Billing Claims Certification is required.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in system analysis techniques, organization policies, procedures, industry best practices, and business operations. They will also have Epic knowledge that extends beyond the assigned team module.

The estimated salary range for this role is $53.59 to $80.39 per hour in California, New Jersey, and Washington. In other locations, the salary range is $48.24 to $72.36 per hour, while in some states it ranges from $42.88 to $64.32 per hour.
