We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our store environment for our members and associates. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with physical demands.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility.
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with our Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
