The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in the DFW area. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Chef in leading the culinary functions and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Lead a team of culinary staff in high-volume environments
- Coach and develop team members to achieve culinary excellence
- Follow all recipes and systems to maintain consistency and quality
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of five years' previous culinary experience, with a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment. You'll also need to be passionate about sustainable seafood and committed to our core values.
