We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Expert to join our team at Target. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and inspiring guests through visually appealing displays and presentations.

About the Role:
  • As a Visual Merchandising Expert, you will work closely with store teams to implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing displays and presentations in-store, including mannequin styling, fixture blocking, and lighting.
  • You will also be responsible for training and developing team members to improve their visual merchandising skills and knowledge.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising.
  • You should have strong business acumen, creativity, and communication skills to inspire guests and drive sales.
  • You must be able to lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual merchandising.

Additional Requirements:
