Job Title: Nursing Program Coordinator

Location: Summerdale, Pennsylvania

About the Role:

Penn State Health is seeking an exceptional Nursing Program Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the Stroke and Sepsis programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team activities for the Stroke and Sepsis programs
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors, coordinators, and nurse leaders to ensure program success
  • Provide expert care for adult and geriatric patients participating in the programs
  • Manage data related to the programs, including chart review and real-time evaluation
  • Support staff education, patient education, and promote events to enhance patient outcomes

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of related clinical experience
  • Program management or research background preferred
  • Experience in Performance Improvement preferred
  • State RN License required
  • Certification in related area preferred
