We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at ATC Healthcare Services in Marietta. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Requirements for the CNA Position
- Completion of a state-approved certified nursing program or successful passing of a competency evaluation program meeting state regulations
- Unrestricted certification as a CNA and possession of state-specific certification requirements
- No less than six months of work experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification and other health and screening tests required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies
Working Environment
- Variety of client facility settings with possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials
Duties and Responsibilities of the CNA
- Compliance with ATC policies/procedures and client facility nursing policies/procedures
- Maintenance of confidentiality relative to patient care and facility practices in accordance with HIPAA
- Effective communication with appropriate personnel
- Documentation of patient care as assigned according to facility protocols
- Follow-up on patient plans of care as assigned
- Delivery of personal care services to patients as assigned
- Taking of vital signs and documentation according to facility protocols
- Recording of patient input and output as assigned
- Maintenance of competency through participation in continuing education programs and adherence to state-specific requirements
- Provision of patient care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner considering cultural diversity and age appropriateness while preserving autonomy, rights, and dignity
- Other duties as assigned
