IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Riverside, CA. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000 per year
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent full-time position with excellent benefits. You will work on a variety of projects, including system upgrades, software deployment, and network management. Our ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in IT, customer service, or a related field and is proficient in Microsoft desktop and server systems, including Active Directory.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing IT solutions that meet client needs
- Managing and maintaining IT systems, including hardware and software components
- Providing training and assistance to users and handling password issues
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology
- At least 6 years of experience in IT, customer service, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server systems, including Active Directory
- Experience with scripting, including PowerShell
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Relevant certifications, such as MCP, MCSE, or CCNA
