Job Summary

ExL Risk Control is seeking a seasoned Risk Control Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk evaluation and improvement reports to insurance industry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct on-site surveys to assess risk and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery of reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in risk control consulting or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk
  • Proficiency in computer software and tools, including image/document scanners, digital cameras, and high-speed internet access
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with major insurance carriers or national brokerages
  • BS degree in engineering, safety, or a physical science
  • CSP or ARM designations
