Job Summary:
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and reporting data for the use in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and report results
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities
- Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely test results
Requirements:
- Registered Medical Laboratory Specialist (RMLS) certification
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
