Volt Workforce Solution is immediately hiring for a Forklift Driver in Visalia, CA.

Job Overview

As a Forklift Driver with Volt, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and products within our warehouse operations. This is a full-time opportunity with the potential for direct hire.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00-$17.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull orders from warehouse bays and load products onto trucks for shipment to customers.
  • Unload products from trucks and store them in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products through scanning and physical inspection.
  • Operate industrial powered trucks, such as forklifts and box clamp lifts, safely and efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and control systems.

Please note that the ideal candidate will have prior experience working with forklifts and in warehouse environments.
