Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Central US territory, with a focus on Mass Spectrometry productions for applied markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales skills and knowledge of analytical instrumentation to drive business growth.

Sales Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow sales in current accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Forecast prospects through the sales cycle and maintain a balanced list of prospects that reflects sales targets
  • Accurately interpret customer needs and identify suitable Bruker solutions
  • Cultivate key accounts and provide regular updates on sales territory performance
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biochemistry, or equivalent scientific degree, is required
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience in related industries, with demonstrated success, is mandatory
  • Experience with Mass Spectrometry technology, LC-MS, GC-MS, and MALDI-MS is highly desirable
Additional Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to travel extensively (over 70%) is necessary for this role
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to work collaboratively towards shared goals are also essential
Benefits

Bruker offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and tuition assistance. Our base salary range for this position is between $81,900 and $130,000, with opportunities for progression as you grow and develop within the company. Additionally, full-time employees may be eligible for performance-related incentives and a range of other benefits.
