The Barista role is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires a passion for people and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly service, and consistent, quality products to our customers. This role involves greeting and connecting with each customer, welcoming questions, and seeking opportunities to educate on our products.

• Greet and connect with each customer, providing a personalized experience
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
• Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise, driving revenue growth and customer engagement
• Solicit orders, enter sales, and process payments in a timely and friendly fashion, ensuring seamless transactions
• Manage cash drawers, following established cash handling procedures, maintaining accuracy and security
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, prioritizing quality and presentation
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines, identifying drinks upon delivery, and ensuring timely service
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment, upholding high standards of hygiene and sanitation
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise, promoting a smooth and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas, fostering a positive and respectful work environment

The estimated salary for this role is $12.50 - $15.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. However, please note that franchisees may offer varying wage and benefit programs, which can differ between locations.
