Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Are you a morning person looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Bremerton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve daily breakfast bar
  
• Greet each guest and ensure their comfort and satisfaction
  
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards
  
• Follow safe food handling and service practices
  
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
  
• Prepare and set up hot and cold food items
  
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated
  
• Restock items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and for the next day
  
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage
  
• Keep the breakfast area clean, including removing trash and cleaning counters, cabinets, and floors
  
• Listen and respond to guests' requests and complaints
