Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage all aspects of our litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Case Management">
    • ">
    • Manage all case-related documents, correspondence, and deadlines.">
    • Categorize and interpret data, review and analyze reports, responses, and records produced by opposing counsel.">
    ">
  • Research and Analysis">
    • ">
    • Conduct legal research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes.">
    • Draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys.">
    • Prepare and organize exhibits during depositions.">
    ">
  • Communication and Coordination">
    • ">
    • Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in litigation.">
    • Communicate effectively with clients, claims, and attorneys throughout the case.">
    • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including drafting correspondence and pleadings, summarizing depositions and discovery responses, and organizing client files.">

  • Organizational Skills">
    • ">
    • Update and maintain internal databases.">
    • Prepare materials for case preparation and trial.">
    • Organize relevant documents for attorney review and case preparation.">

  • Technical Skills">
    • ">
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.">
    • Familiarity with electronic file management systems.">

Requirements

  • ABA-approved paralegal certification with a focus on litigation.">
  • Minimum two years of litigation experience.">
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
