Job Title: Aviation SME Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an Aviation SME Specialist to join our team at Valiant Integrated Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replicate the AGA as part of the Movement and Maneuver Warfighting Function (WFF) and serve as the Higher Command (HICOM) AGA staff principle.
  • Teach/Train/Coach the AGA to plan, coordinates, and assesses Aviation offensive, defensive, and support requirements.
  • Teach/Train/Coach the AGA to enable airspace control of users within airspace of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • At least twenty (20) years of experience in the Army (active Army, Army Reserve or Army National Guard).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with exercise planning using the JELC process.
  • Senior Army leadership experience with positions in training management backgrounds and Combat Training Center experience.
