We are seeking a skilled Traumatic Brain Injury Provider to join our team at Matrix Providers. As a Physician with expertise in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Neurology, you will conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Medford, OR.
Responsibilities:
Review pertinent medical history documentation
Provide veterans with one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams
Capture responses during the exam through web-based examination form(s)
Complete exams electronically and send to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations
Requirements:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) specializing in PM&R or Neurology
Experience in evaluating for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Primary care experience required
Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted license in the specialty field of M.D. or D.O.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills and flexibility
Basic computer skills
Fully vaccinated per CDC and state guidelines
