Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our patient care processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Accredited Nursing Program required, or Associates Degree in Nursing with equivalent years of experience.
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required.
  • BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or military training.
  • OR RN work experience required.

Salary Range: Minimum 36.31 per hour - Maximum 56.28 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
