We are seeking a highly skilled Hemodialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality treatment and improving patient outcomes.
Job Description:
This role requires strong nursing skills and experience in hemodialysis settings. You will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 9 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in a chronic/acute hemodialysis setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- A current state licensure and CPR BLS certification.
Salary and Benefits:
