Ogden Health and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility operated by Ensign Therapy, seeks a skilled Physiatrist to join our in-house therapy team. As a Physiatrist at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residents to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide hands-on therapy to residents, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in geriatric care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (DPMR) degree
• Current licensure to practice as a Physiatrist in the state of Utah
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
