Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Strategic Workforce Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Human Capital Management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to help our people be their best at the firm and in their lives outside of it.
Responsibilities
As a Strategic Workforce Development Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and develop solutions to address them
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Providing coaching and development opportunities to employees to help them achieve their career goals
- Analyzing data to inform workforce planning decisions and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development)
- 0-3 years of experience in human capital management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Benefits
At Goldman Sachs, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Location
