Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Ball HealthCare Services Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing clinical services in accordance with organizational policies and standards.

You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents' needs and develop comprehensive care plans to address their requirements.
  • Coordinate nursing care and services provided to residents, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
  • At least one to three years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
