Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients, effectively demonstrating our construction services' value and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing sales effectively and efficiently.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to address client questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the construction industry to recommend appropriate services to clients based on their specific needs.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and client information effectively through our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and construction teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to project completion.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
