Member Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks throughout the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members with their purchases, including processing transactions and answering questions about products.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including restocking shelves and retrieving carts.
  • Support the Club Pick Up Order Fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are accurately filled and ready for members to pick up.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

Hourly Wage Range:
  • The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00.

  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
