Job Overview

Carter Lumber is seeking a skilled Window Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves presenting and selling windows products, establishing strong relationships with customers, and communicating effectively with store personnel and builders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to determine customer needs and increase sales of window products.
  • Provide expert advice on product features and benefits to builders and contractors.
  • Prepare estimates and ensure timely ordering and shipping of products.
  • Collaborate with OSRs to analyze sales opportunities and provide assistance on the jobsite.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the building materials industry, with a focus on window sales.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and provide expert advice on product features and benefits.
  • Decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
